Synopsis
This report by the National Council on Disability (NCD) is on federal enforcement of the Air Carrier Access Act (ACAA), which became law in 1986. The law prohibits discrimination against passengers by air carriers in providing air transportation services. The report is the first in a series on enforcement of federal laws protecting the civil rights of children & adults with disabilities.
